Transfiguration of the Savior

To the east of the village Asklipio, on the beach of Kiotari, there is the Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior (15^th century), with many architectural features and elaborate marble capitals of an older temple. The feast of the Saint is on August 5 and 6, when also a festival is held in the premises.
